Esther Egozi Choukroun joined Flagler in 2004 and is leading the company’s operations.  In addition to executive leadership, Ms Egozi Choukroun brings to her position a wealth of experience in Banking , Corporate Finance, and Healthcare.

Before joining Flagler, she served as Director of International Philanthropy for the Foundation at Mount Sinai Medical Center.

Previously Ms. Egozi Choukroun was Senior Vice President and Deputy General Manager for BNP Paribas specialized in Wealth Management, Trade Finance and Corporate Lending. She also served on the Board of Directors of Perfumania Holdings, Inc. and was a member of the Board of Directors of Parlux Fragrances, Inc. In addition to having served as Chairman of the Nominating Committee of Parlux Fragrances, Inc., Ms. Egozi Choukroun was a member of the Audit, Compensation and Independent Committees.
