David Moises joined Flagler’s Investment team in 2018. Mr. Moises is responsible for the underwriting of Flagler’s acquisitions and developments across US and Europe.

Prior to joining, Flagler Mr. Moises was an associate at EWM Realty International, a Berkshire Hathaway affiliate. During his tenure at EWM, Mr. Moises focused on real estate transactions where he assisted investors in realizing financial gains through the acquisitions and dispositions of select real estate assets.
