David Choukroun joined Flagler’s Investment team in 2020  where he is primarily responsible for the underwriting and due diligence process for acquisitions and development across the United States.

Prior to joining Flagler, Mr. Choukroun was an Acquisitions Analyst for Encore Realty Inc, a boutique real estate investment firm in New York, where his responsibilities comprised of conducting feasibility analysis and financial modeling.
