Wellington Medical Center

Flagler in partnership with OCPBC acquired the Wellington Medical Center.

The property is a newly constructed 2-story medical office building situated on State Road 7 in Wellington, Palm Beach County, in close Proximity to the UHS Wellington Regional Hospital. Flagler acquired the property in May 2016 with 50% occupancy. Former owner had signed a 12-year lease with Fresenius ( US leading Dialysis Group) for the entire ground floor. At closing, Flagler signed a 15-year lease with the Orthopedic Center of Palm Beach County for the entire second floor.
