On October 15, 2020 Flagler  acquired the 69,000 sqf Post Acute Medical (PAM) IRF and LTACH located in Corpus Christi, Texas. This newly constructed, state-of-the-art facility is located within a 2-mile radius of multiple healthcare facilities including two regional hospitals. The operator, Post Acute Medical focuses on patients who require extended observation and monitoring for complex medical issues. The asset is licensed as an Inpatient Rehabilitation Facility (“IRF”) with 40 IRF beds, as well as a Long-Term Acute Care Hospital (“LTACH”) with 19 LTACH beds.
