The Linton Surgical & Medical Center is located in Palm Beach County’s dynamic Delray submarket. The property is anchored by a multi-specialties surgery center owned and operated by Delray Medical Center (“DMC”), a USPI/Tenet Health’s affiliate and is strategically located on Linton Boulevard, less then than half a mile from the 493-bed Delray Medical Center, home to 1,600 employees and more than 600 physicians. The Property was acquired with 75.64% occupancy. Within 8 months following acquisition in July 2018, the Asset was 100% leased.
