Flagler developed the Lantana Medical Center as a Musculoskeletal and Neuro Center of Excellence.

Flagler acquired and redeveloped an empty structure located within a mile from the JFK Medical Center. The Asset was acquired in partnership with 3 Florida premier medical practices and converted into a Musculoskeletal and Neuro Center of Excellence. Upon acquisition of the empty structure, the asset was 100% leased.
