Flagler uses the power of its analytic platform to assist AdventHealth in implementing its senior-care strategy in Central Florida. AdventHealth is one of the nation’s leading health systems with with 5o hospitals campuses and hundreds of care sites in diverse markets throughout nine states.

In 2015 and 2016 Flagler facilitated the expansion of MCHS in Mexico through the signing of two comprehensive cooperation agreements with the States of Mexico and Quintana Roo  to develop excellence in pediatric health care services, education, and research  in Mexico. The agreements include several avenues of medical cooperation such as telemedicine and second opinions protocols, exchange of best practices, medical training, joint research and most importantly the transfer to MCHS’ Miami campus, and treatment of the most severe cases.

Dignity Health is one of the largest health systems in the nation with 400 care sites across a 22-state network, including 39 hospitals. In 2019 Flagler formed a JV with Dignity Health and its physicians partners to acquire the OASIS Hospital in Phoenix AZ.

Global Neurosciences Institute is an extraordinarily innovative team of the most highly trained and skilled neurosurgeons, neurologists and researchers in the country. GNI specialists are world-leading health innovators, inventing life-saving, neurovascular devices and pioneering transformative treatments. Flagler and GNI have formed a partnership to develop the Philadelphia Neurologic Institute. They also jointly acquired and transformed a 25,000 sqf office building in Pennington NJ into an upscale Neurologic, Wellness and outpatient Rehab Center anchored by GNI and RWJ Hospital.

USPI owns and operates over 400 ambulatory facilities in the US and serves more than 12,000 physicians and over 3.4 million patients each year. USPI maintains strategic joint-venture partnerships with more than 4,000 physicians including many of Flagler’s partners and over 50 health systems nationwide.

The Orthopedic Center of Palm Beach County has been serving the South Florida community for over 65 years. OCPBC’s fellowship trained Board-certified physicians and surgeons are each experts in their particular specialties and are able to perform some of the most advanced treatment options available, such as PRP therapy, arthroscopic surgery and microsurgery. Flagler and OCPBC’s physicians have formed three real estate joint ventures to acquire and build modern medical and surgical centers in South Florida.

Flagler and Orthopedic Associates of St. Louis partnered to structure a partial Sale-&-Lease Back of OA’s 56,160 sqf integrated orthopedic center in St. Louis.  The OA physicians remained with 20% of the ownership in the joint company.
