Flagler acquires four newly-built medical office buildings and ASC in Central California, anchored by University Orthopedics under Central California Faculty Medical Group (CCFMG). The assets totaling approximately 60,000 sqf, are 100% occupied.

October 15, 2020, Flagler acquired the 69,000 sqf Post Acute Medical (PAM) IRF and LTACH located in Corpus Christi, Texas. 

Flagler structured the sale-and-lease-back of 17 condo units through direct negotiations with the 17 condo owners. This 52,157 sqf MOB is a primary care hub with a convenient drive-through pharmacy on the ground floor.

The PAM San Antonio Specialty Hospital is licensed for 62 beds and located within the South Texas Medical Center. The Specialty Hospital provides services for those who require complex medical management, therapeutic care and rehabilitation services.

The 70-bed hospital is located in the Las Vegas Medical District Northwest and specializes in the treatment of medically complex patients who require extended hospitalization.

Flagler acquires the PAM Specialty Hospital of Tulsa which is part of the Post Acute Medical Network of hospitals and is accredited by The Joint commission. The Hospital has 40 LTACH beds and 20 IRF beds to serve patients facing a wide range of serious injuries and illnesses.

Flagler acquires the beautiful campus of PAM Specialty Hospital of Sarasota, conveniently located off I-75 at exit 207, opened in June 2005 and has 40 licensed beds and a medical staff of more than 70 physicians.
