JFK Medical Center

Flagler in partnership with OCPBC acquired the JFK Medical Center.

This Asset is a newly constructed 3-story medical office building situated on the JFK Hospital (HCA-owned) Campus in Lake Worth, Palm Beach County. Flagler partnered with The Orthopedic Center of Palm Beach County (“OCPBC”), one of South Florida leading orthopedic groups to acquire the Asset in October 2015. OCPBC signed a 15 year lease for a full floor. Upon Closing with the OCPBC lease, occupancy went from 66% to 100%.
