Didier Choukroun focuses primarily on driving the company’s vision, culture, and strategy and recruiting key talents to grow the organization.
Prior to founding Flagler in 2004, Mr. Choukroun founded PIX Investment in 1995, a real estate investment advisory firm dedicated to assisting Institutional Investors in Latin America. In 1998, PIX formed a joint venture with Lend Lease and surged as the region’s leading real estate investment manager. In January 2001, Mr. Choukroun sold PIX to BNP-Paribas Real Estate. Before founding PIX, Mr. Choukroun was a Partner at Miami-based Colliers International, where he was responsible for developing Colliers throughout Latin America and managing key corporate relationships within the Region. Previously, Mr. Choukroun served as Managing Director at Bouygues Immobiler. During his 5-year tenure at Bouygues, he led the development of large-scale office and retail projects in Madrid and Barcelona. Prior to Bouygues, Mr. Choukroun served as Development Manager at Club Mediterrannée, where he was responsible for acquiring and overseeing the development of new resorts in South America. Mr. Choukroun began his professional career as an attaché to the French Embassy in Havana, Cuba, where he served as the commercial and cultural liaison between France and Cuba.
Mr. Choukroun is a Member of the Editorial Board of Population Health Management at Jefferson College of Population Health.
