Dr Dharmarraj Sunthar joined Flagler in November 2020 to lead in the expansion of the company’s brokerage, development and investment activities. He is also involved in sourcing new relationships and business ventures. Being a physician himself, Dr Sunthar complements our physician-driven investment approach and provides clarity and support in finding solutions for our healthcare partners.

Prior to joining Flagler, Dr Sunthar worked as a physician in the UK and was actively involved in medical research and publications. He has presented his work at several national and international conferences. Dr Sunthar transitioned out of clinical medicine to further his passion in finance and real estate. Since then, he has worked in investment firms in varying capacities and participated in several commercial real estate transactions throughout the UK and the US.
